How far ahead should I order a party tray?
Call ahead so we can plan for it. Trays are 60 pieces: a cooked-roll tray or a sushi and sashimi tray.
Do you have options without raw fish?
Plenty: cooked rolls like the California, Boston, Shrimp Tempura and Chicken Tempura rolls, the deep-fried specialty rolls, hibachi plates and fried rice.
