Privacy policy

This website is the online home of Miyako Hibachi & Sushi Bar, 1134 S Highland Ave, Covington, VA 24426. These pages tell you what we serve, where we are and how to reach us; online ordering lives on the separate ordering pages linked below.

What this site collects

The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used, for example which pages are visited and whether the order, phone and directions buttons are tapped. These tools set cookies and record technical details such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not sell it.

If you arrive from an advertisement or a shared link, campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source) are kept for the current browser session so we can tell which link brought you here.

Your choices

Use “Your privacy choices” in the footer to turn measurement off for this browser. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, measurement stays off. Blocking cookies in your browser settings works too.

Online orders and outside links

Buttons labelled “Order online” and “Menu” open our online ordering pages at hiraccoon.com/miyako-covington/order/, where you can place a pickup order; those pages are covered by their own privacy policy. Delivery links open our listing on DoorDash, which has its own privacy policy. Directions links open Google Maps, and the Facebook link opens our Facebook page; each of those services sets its own terms.
