Still replying to every Google review yourself?

Good reviews

People say nice things every week. Nobody has time to answer them one by one, so they sit there unanswered.

Bad reviews

A one-star lands on a Friday night. You either reply angry, or you do not reply at all — and both look bad.

Managers

You hand it to a manager who was not there that night. A guessed answer in public can make the guest angrier.

No time

After close you still open Google to check what came in. That is not a job anyone signed up for.

Running your restaurant is already a full-time job. Replying to Google reviews shouldn’t be another one.

How it works

Three steps, and you are only involved in the first one — by running your restaurant well.

  1. 01

    A guest leaves a review

A new review appears on your Google Business Profile. We see it — you do not have to check anything.

  2. 02

    We read it properly

Star rating, what they actually complained about or praised, and how upset they sound. A 3-star about a wait is not the same as a 1-star about an allergy.

  3. 03

    A real reply goes out

Written in your voice, about their visit specifically. Never twenty copies of “Thank you for your review!” in a row.

Inside the dashboard

You can always see what it is doing

Every reply that goes out is logged, and so is how the listing itself is performing on Google — how many people saw it, clicked through to your site, called, or asked for directions. Nothing runs somewhere you cannot check it.

See what actually gets posted

This is the part most owners want to settle before they trust anyone with their listing: the exact shape of what goes out under their name.

Food was amazing and our server was super friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for visiting us! We’re glad you enjoyed the food and had a great experience with our team. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Answered within the hour, without you touching it.

We waited almost 40 minutes for our food.

Response from the owner

We’re sorry to hear about the long wait. That’s not the experience we want our guests to have. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your visit.

No excuses, no blame, no argument in public.

What you get

Automatic review monitoring

Your Google Business Profile is checked continuously. New reviews are picked up on their own.

Personalised responses

Each reply answers what that guest actually wrote. Not a template with the name swapped in.

Good and bad reviews

Five-star thank-yous and difficult complaints are both handled — the difficult ones more carefully.

Your brand voice

Pick friendly, professional, warm or short. Every reply sounds like the same restaurant wrote it.

Serious complaints held back

Illness, allergies, injuries, discrimination or legal threats are never auto-published. They are flagged for a human.

Hours back every week

You stop opening Google after close. That is the entire product.

Some reviews should never get an automatic answer

A complaint about someone getting sick, an allergy, an injury, a refund dispute or a threat of legal action is not a writing problem — it is a decision only you should make. Those never post on their own.

4–5 stars

Handled for you

Answered automatically, personalised to what the guest wrote.

3 stars

Your choice

A professional reply is written. It posts on its own, or waits for your approval — you pick during setup.

1–2 stars, serious

Held for a human

Marked “needs review”. You and our team are notified. Nothing is published until someone decides.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to give you my Google password?

No. You connect your Google Business Profile through Google’s own authorisation screen, and you can disconnect it from your Google account at any time. We never see or store your password.

Will it reply to a one-star review on its own?

Not to a serious one. Reviews mentioning illness, allergies, injury, discrimination, refunds or legal action are held for a person to look at. For everything else you choose: reply automatically when it is safe, or approve negative replies yourself first.

Can I still write my own reply?

Yes. Anything already answered by you is left alone, and you can edit or override any reply we draft.

Is there a contract?

No. It is $29.99 a month and you can cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. You pay, fill in your business details, connect your Google Business Profile, and it starts working. If the Google connection needs our help, we finish it for you and email you when it is live.

Stop checking Google after close.

Set it up in the next five minutes and the next review that lands is already handled.
