How to choose your Poki bowl options
Choose a bowl, one base and one flavor. The menu also lists optional add-ons and sides for the five Poki Bowls.
The bowl’s menu selections
Pick a bowl
Choose Salmon Poki, Tuna Poki, Salmon & Tuna Poki, Eel Bowl or Beef Bowl.
Choose one base
Half Sushi Rice & Half Spring Mix, Sushi Rice or Spring Mix.
Choose one flavor
Factory Shoyu, Spicy Mayo, Ponzu Citrus or Spicy Shoyu.
Review optional extras
Add-ons include Jalapeno, Spicy Tuna and Corn. Sides include Fresh Wasabi, Eel Sauce, Spicy Mayo-1 and Ponzu Sauce. These extras have additional prices in the ordering menu.

Can I select a mix of rice and greens?
Yes. Half Sushi Rice & Half Spring Mix is one of the Base Choice options.
