Machiya Ramen

A ramen counter in the middle of Montréal Chinatown, a block off Saint-Laurent. Tonkotsu is simmered in-house until it turns opaque, then built to order — cha-shu, a soft-centre egg, black fungus, naruto. Sho-yu, miso, tomato and a spicy seafood house bowl round out the six broths, alongside donburi rice bowls, Japanese curry and gyoza off the flat top.

Order pickup directly through Hiraccoon — every dish photo is from their own printed menu, so the bowl you see is the bowl you get.
