Legend Sushi Orlando

An all-you-can-eat sushi room on South Kirkman Road, a few minutes from Universal. Nothing sits under a heat lamp — you order off a checklist and every roll is cut when the ticket lands, so the nigiri arrives cold and the tempura arrives hot. Lunch runs $22.95 on weekdays, dinner $35.95, and the kitchen behind the sushi bar also turns out hibachi, dim sum, noodles and fried rice.

All-you-can-eat is dine-in only. The full a la carte menu — 104 dishes — is here for pickup, so you can order the Legend Roll or a hibachi steak without sitting down.
